Frequently Asked Questions
Is Stagepilot suitable for small festivals too?
Yes. The Single Event plan is specifically designed for smaller or one-off events. You get all modules for one event without any long-term commitment. Many of our customers start with this and then upgrade to the Production plan.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant. We use ISO-27001-certified data centers and process no data outside the EU. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Can I connect Stagepilot with my existing tools?
We continuously work on integration options with common tools in the festival and events industry. Bring it up in the demo call — we'll figure out together what fits your workflow.
Is there a mobile app for on-site crew?
From the Production plan, the native iOS and Android app is included. Your crew can access slots, shuttle status, broadcast messages, and dressing room assignments on site — even offline for recently loaded data.
How does the rider import from existing PDFs work?
Stagepilot can read rider PDFs and pre-fill recognized fields (catering, backline, technical requirements) into the respective form fields. You review and confirm the data manually afterwards.
Can I cancel monthly?
The Production plan is billed annually and can be cancelled at the end of the term. The Single Event plan expires automatically after up to 12 months — no cancellation needed.
